I want to do a !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! for my MR2... But is this gonna look silly if I’m just getting started autocrossing? I did my first AutoX weekend in a while and I’m also shopping for !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! too.
Also where do I find this sticker:

FourValleys sells Oppo stickers.

I got my oppo stickers from some people that make them on Etsy and apparently have the original vector files somewhere as they scaled it very cleanly for me.
As for the name sticker, I didn’t know you needed to be a serious competitor to run them. In R/C racing everyone runs them, even nobodies like me. Hell, mine are pretty trick and I’m not even really competitive at a sportsman level...

FourValleys sells the standard Oppo stickers and Dusty does runs of custom Oppo stickers a couple of times a year.
I’m thinking of getting some of my region’s awesome magnetic numbers at some point this year.

You can run stickers whenever, but you’re going to be slow for 5-10 events.
The best place to buy magnetic numbers is to make them from magnetic vent covers (home depot sells them), or buy some magnetic sheet off amazon. You can also use the same stuff to make a sticker into a magnet in case you want something on during events, but not for the drive home.

Perfect, I might do both. Might have a third car by the time there’s a custom run...

I’m waiting for the next custom run because my Dad killed my awesome Italian Job sticker with an Ice Scraper.

That’s a good point, I might have to stop by Home Depot for that. I’ve done a number of events last year, but only figured out how to go fast as of this weekend :P
I realized I wasn’t driving nearly aggressively enough and that was why I was ~20 seconds off the pace at every event. Now I’m only 10 seconds off the top times, running economy all-seasons and basically un-damped stock suspension on my MR2. I consider it an improvement, still a long way to go though.
Thanks for the advice, Home Depot’s probably cheaper than the websites that do custom orders :D

Here’s a link to the oppo stickers. I know others had mentioned them, but I didn’t see a link.

I don’t know if they’re authorized, but the people that custom made my small stealthy matte black ones that are on the black part of my rear quarter windows was “IMadeThisVinyl”, a couple somewhere in MA. They make mostly super geeky, nerdy, and/or meme-y vinyl stickers:

The work was impeccable. I really didn’t expect much for a custom request at such a low price, but they came through.

This is where I got mine, there’s color options and it comes with a square border.

Don’t cut your magnetic numbers. It always comes out looking like a home job. Solotime (soloperformance.com) has been the go to source since the 80's if you want order them. In the alternative, any local sign shop can cut you some numbers on magnetic sheet for not much money.

You need sponsor stickers, Bro.
(Yes, I bought another set and put them on straight after parking on level ground.)
